- Responsibilities would include controllership function, statutory & internal audit, treasury, internal financial controls, payroll should ensure record to report is accurate (for standalone and subsidiaries), SEBI reporting, well versed with INDAS accounting standard.
- Should be a CA / CMA
- 15-20 years of experience as a Controller in IT/ITES or Manufacturing companies / should have worked in listed company with overseas subsidiaries.

- Experience in managing Payroll outsourcing agents and Payroll consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist development of strategy and processes for executing compensation framework with reference job grading / job evaluation, external market benchmarking.
- Guide and supervise the team members for payroll and benefit preparation and execution accurately and timely; -oversees and controls taxes / other deductions
- Ensure storage, maintenance and retrieval of employee records, both physical and in payroll system.
- Ensure that bank payment entries and other accounting and financial reporting activities for payroll are accurate, timely and meet the regulatory requirements.
- Oversee and execute all compliances under various labour laws, quarterly / bi annual / annual returns and miscellaneous need base report generation and MIS.
