Responsibilities
Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resourcesJD for Plant Communication Engineer
• Primary Diagnosis /Troubleshooting of WT devices (HH & Static) and IS Mobile and co-ordination with EIC & OEM for resolution.
• Basic Knowledge of Electronics & Electrical with Multi-Metre.
• Networking & Hardware Maintenance & troubleshooting skills.
• Maintaining Walkie Talkie devices at Dahej Plant which includes keeping up to date inventory of all WT devices (HH & Static).
• Should have the ability to understand and study wireless network parameters.
• Sound knowledge of radio communication. (Hand Held, Static Radio & Base Station devices).
• Knowledge of the radio-frequency spectrum, Radio Communication technologies like TETRA, DMR, LTE etc.
• Collaborate with different teams to ensure the optimized performance of Walkie, IS Mobile and other wireless telecommunication devices.
• Ensuring all devices are ready to use condition by performing regular Preventive Maintenance.
• Performing all documentation activities regarding sending (inward & outward) of Walkie, IS Mobile for repairing purpose.
• Operation & maintenance includes primary troubleshooting redirect problems to correct resources.
• Flexibility to work on shifts and weekend/off-hours support to ensure 24/7 availability of Services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in field
