Credit Risk Underwriting, Compliance of Regulatory norms, Quality Control and Compliance of Internal Policies and Guidelines.
Portfolio Managment with respect to policy deviations, thresholds, LEF and other Risk parameters.
Clear Understanding and awareness of RBI, FEMA and other credit related regulatory norms.
Should have atleast 8 years of experience in Credit Management with minimum 5 years in Large Corp having underwritten deals in Project Finance, Infra Finance, Syndication, Consortium Lead, Structured Finance, Leverage Finance, Acquisitions, FIG etc.
