Role:- Talent Management Specialist

Designation: Manager/ Sr. Manager in Talent Management & Acquisition

Location: Jaipur

Experience:- 8-10 Years in TM

As a COE for talent management, portfolio is in alignment with strategy: Candidate from Banking or NBFC industry should apply.

Responsibilities:-

  • 8-10 years as HR generalist (HR Business Partner experience) in Banks / NBFC only.
  • Talent Practices (succession planning and development planning) & Career development
  • Advise, counsel, and influence the business leadership team in executing the business plan.
  • Create content on the current practices in the organization to participate in different Award
  • Project management and execution of new and existing talent management initiatives and projects within the organization.
  • Work collaboratively with Talent Acquisition Team and business leaders within the system
  • Use data to propose programmatic improvements and drive implementation.
  • Conduct regular reviews to ensure program outcomes are on track and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.
  • Continuously grow knowledge of industry trends and be able to see around the corners to the needs of the future workforce
  • Partner with HR, stakeholders and regional leaders to set goals, enable change management, continuously improve the programs, products and services
  • Extensive experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, org design/development, change management, compensation and employee relations.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to develop strong interpersonal alliances at all levels.
