Job Title: Assistant Manager – Rapid Fulfillment Control Center

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Manager in the Rapid Fulfillment Control Center at Nykaa Beauty Ecommerce, you will play a crucial role in establishing and optimizing supply chain operations for our new Rapid Fulfillment business. You will coordinate with various cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage dark store operations, and ensure efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Operations Setup:
  • Develop and refine business operations and processes for Nykaa’s new Rapid Fulfillment business from a supply chain perspective.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category, Operations, and Logistics to set up and optimize functions for upcoming dark stores.
  1. KPI Monitoring:
  • Monitor and drive key performance indicators such as Order to Delivery, Availability, and Opportunity Loss to deliver top-tier speed and customer experience.
  • Implement strategies to enhance KPI performance and address any operational gaps.
  1. Control Tower Management:
  • Oversee the Control Tower and manage order fulfillment processes for the Rapid Fulfillment function.
  • Track the performance of various dark stores and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  1. Capacity Planning:
  • Create and manage capacity plans to align dark store capabilities with business growth and expansion.
  • Ensure readiness for both regular operations and peak periods.
  1. Project Management:
  • Act as the project manager for setting up dark stores.
  • Liaise with Operations, Logistics, Admin, and Category teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of each dark store setup.

Eligibility Criteria:

-Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain or Order Fulfillment roles.
  • Alternatively, a Post Graduation in Supply Chain or Operations can be considered.

-Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of Supply Chain management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is an added advantage.
