Job Title: Assistant Manager – Rapid Fulfillment Control Center
Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager in the Rapid Fulfillment Control Center at Nykaa Beauty Ecommerce, you will play a crucial role in establishing and optimizing supply chain operations for our new Rapid Fulfillment business. You will coordinate with various cross-functional teams, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage dark store operations, and ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Operations Setup:
- Develop and refine business operations and processes for Nykaa’s new Rapid Fulfillment business from a supply chain perspective.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Category, Operations, and Logistics to set up and optimize functions for upcoming dark stores.
- KPI Monitoring:
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators such as Order to Delivery, Availability, and Opportunity Loss to deliver top-tier speed and customer experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance KPI performance and address any operational gaps.
- Control Tower Management:
- Oversee the Control Tower and manage order fulfillment processes for the Rapid Fulfillment function.
- Track the performance of various dark stores and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Capacity Planning:
- Create and manage capacity plans to align dark store capabilities with business growth and expansion.
- Ensure readiness for both regular operations and peak periods.
- Project Management:
- Act as the project manager for setting up dark stores.
- Liaise with Operations, Logistics, Admin, and Category teams to ensure timely and efficient execution of each dark store setup.
Eligibility Criteria:
-Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Supply Chain or Order Fulfillment roles.
- Alternatively, a Post Graduation in Supply Chain or Operations can be considered.
-Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is an added advantage.
