Role Overview

The HR Shared Services Support role is a critical position within Microsoft’s HR team. In this role, you will manage end-to-end employee administration, provide solutions to employee issues, oversee local benefits programs, and handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes. This position allows you to gain valuable international experience, work with cross-functional teams, and develop HR operational expertise.

Responsibilities

Queue Management

  • Respond to employee and manager queries using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Document cases and ensure accurate, empathetic responses within service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with HR partners and third parties to orchestrate transactional processes.

Data Management

  • Maintain employee data in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Analyze data integrity issues and support internal and external audit processes.

Documentation and Knowledge Management

  • Update documentation and procedures for employee records and HR knowledge bases.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry.

Customer Support and Change Implementation

  • Promote the use of HR tools and platforms to streamline processes.
  • Perform transactions and provide solutions aligned with company policies and regulations.
  • Develop communication materials to support changes in HR programs.

Process Management

  • Design and implement new processes or procedures based on local legislation and business needs.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvements.

Supplier and Vendor Management

  • Prepare reports to evaluate supplier performance.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks related to external vendors.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or related field OR equivalent experience in operations, HR, or customer support.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration and knowledge of employment laws.
  • Proven expertise in employee lifecycle management and project/change management.
