- Collaborate on system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification (CA, ICWA) is desirable.
- 2-4 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, ideally with exposure to group financial accounting or audit.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and SOX compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cultures and countries.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
