Role Overview

The Project Leader – AMS is a leadership role in Bain’s AMS Center of Excellence, based in Gurugram. This position involves leading teams, delivering client-ready analysis, and providing actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead teams of Analysts and Associates to deliver high-quality research and insights.
  • Collaborate with Bain case teams on live client cases, client development, and proposals.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, competitive benchmarking, and survey analysis.
  • Provide thought leadership and manage simple cases independently.
  • Effectively manage team meetings, client interactions, and presentations.
  • Deliver actionable business solutions, even when data is limited or unavailable.

Who Should Apply
