Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and hiring.
  • Expertise in both IT and non-IT hiring.
  • Strong proficiency in sourcing profiles through job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to design job descriptions and interview processes tailored to position requirements.
  • Experience managing middle and senior-level hiring across various verticals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Write compelling job descriptions and design structured interview processes.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social networks, and referrals.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure seamless communication with candidates.
  • Track candidate progress and maintain an up-to-date database using ATS.
  • Provide regular recruitment progress reports, including hiring metrics and candidate pipeline data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
