Role Overview

The Executive, Client Care Center Service, reports directly to the Team Leader for Inbound Phone Banking and is responsible for addressing customer queries and providing resolutions in line with the bank’s policies and service standards. You will ensure that all customer needs are met efficiently while adhering to compliance regulations and maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Handle inbound calls and customer issues effectively, ensuring end-to-end resolution where applicable.
  • Provide high-quality customer service with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Cross-sell banking products to meet the organization’s targets.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure adherence to KYC (Know Your Customer) and Anti-Money Laundering policies.
  • Handle confidential customer data with integrity and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Report any potential disputes, escalations, or process gaps to management.

Performance Metrics

  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) as defined by the bank.
  • Track service delivery against set targets and ensure efficient handling of customer queries.

Required Skills

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.
