The Transaction Processing Officer at Mphasis will handle the Capital Market – Brokerage processes within a non-voice BPS account. Key Responsibilities
- Process documents related to Capital Markets and Brokerage accounts.
- Review financial documents including accounts, receipts, payments, and distributions.
- Ensure 100% accuracy in processing, with a focus on reducing errors that may impact the client or their customers.
- Provide updates and support to brokerage advisors on their requests.
- Work closely with the team to meet performance and accuracy standards.

Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in BPO, preferably in banking or capital markets.
- Strong knowledge of stock market and financial concepts, especially US stock markets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Excel Macros.
- Good typing speed (28 WPM) with 95%+ accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills for client calls and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications in financial aspects or stock market subjects are a plus.
- A degree in B Com, BBA, or BBM is preferred; other specializations considered with relevant experience.
- Experience in accounting, insurance, or healthcare BPO domains is an advantage.
Working Conditions
