Role Summary
The Process Manager at JPMorgan Chase will be a subject matter expert responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across all marketing materials related to consumer deposit products. This role involves advising business partners on regulatory obligations, monitoring compliance activities, and maintaining effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise business partners on compliance requirements related to marketing materials.
- Provide regulatory support during product launches and modifications, ensuring compliance.
- Perform compliance monitoring and reporting activities to ensure marketing efforts meet regulatory standards.
- Maintain current procedures and training materials to guide business partners on compliance matters.
- Support internal audits, federal regulatory examinations, and inquiries related to marketing materials.
- Assess the regulatory impact of marketing materials and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Work with workflow management systems such as Adtrax to track and manage marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance for consumer deposit products, particularly in marketing.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer deposit regulations, including Reg. DD, UDAAP, and CAN-SPAM.
- Experience with various marketing channels, including direct mail, email, digital, and social media.
- Strong understanding of advertising/marketing creative processes and content development practices.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining composure.
- Excellent decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Internal Chase compliance experience.
- Certification as a Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM).
