Position: Procurement Buyer II
Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement activities and ensure timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Expedite past due orders and handle return goods processes.
- Maintain supplier relationships and resolve order-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Support the procure-to-pay process, including invoice resolution.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics teams.
- Ensure procurement turnaround time (TAT) and maintain MIS reports.
- Identify and implement Auto PO commodities for process automation.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor’s degree, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP (MM Tcodes).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the manufacturing industry or project-based procurement.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Familiarity with supplier management and corrective action processes.
