Job Description

The Operations Associate – Data Mastering role involves managing book static requests, verifying trade accuracy, ensuring data consistency, and supporting compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage book static requests, including book opening, amendments, and deactivations.
  • Verify trade entries and ensure consistency across financial systems.
  • Ensure data accuracy by maintaining key data elements to quality standards.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and exceptions.
  • Support system enhancements and participate in User Acceptance Tests (UATs).
  • Generate and deliver reports adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience in risk management, financial analysis, or data processing.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and market risk principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA is a plus), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts as required.
