Your Impact
As a Knowledge Management Associate, you will oversee program management for operational procedures in the Marcus Call Center. Your role is critical in ensuring standardized, compliant processes that enhance efficiency and decision-making across the organization.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
- Lead the Knowledge Management team, oversee projects, and provide updates to management.
- Manage process changes and develop new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work with stakeholders, including delivery managers, legal, risk, and compliance teams, to manage approvals.
- Oversee the Change Management process for documentation updates.
- Develop concise and user-friendly documentation for training and operational reference.
- Ensure alignment of knowledge management processes with compliance standards.
Basic and Preferred Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Knowledge Management.
- Proficiency in knowledge management systems like Right Answers or ServiceNow.
- Strong project management experience with tools such as JIRA or Signavio.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Knowledge Manager certification.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
- Prior experience in Call Center and FinTech services.
- Experience with knowledge management platforms and process optimization.
