About the Position

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Data Science Analytics to join our Global Shipping team in Bangalore, India. This role involves working on high-impact projects, analyzing complex data, and providing actionable insights to drive shipping solutions at eBay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex business problems using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for senior leaders using tools like Tableau.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 5-7 years of experience, or Master’s/MBA with 5+ years of experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Knowledge of statistical programming in R or Python is preferred.
  • Experience in product analytics and A/B experiment methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Flexible to accommodate meetings with global teams and work in a hybrid model.
