Role Overview
As a Benefits Systems Consultant I, you will manage various tasks post-implementation, including ACA printing/filing efforts, Open Enrollment Renewals, and basic configuration projects. Your role ensures the continued success of our customers while maintaining world-class customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to define project scope and system goals.
- Work alongside Senior and Lead Systems Consultants for configuration updates.
- Manage projects from inception to closure, ensuring timelines are met.
- Document and upload relevant information to Salesforce.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide basic configuration support for benefits administration systems.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to manage and set expectations with customers.
- Consulting experience to ensure effective outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
- Experience with ACA services and UKG Pro Benefits Administration systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience in Health & Welfare benefits (1+ year).
