The Manager, Training is responsible for supporting the Fleet Captain, Training. This includes creating PowerPoint presentations, writing reports, managing Excel and Power BI data, and acting as an assistant when the Fleet Captain is out of office. The Training Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing and addressing the administrative requirements and help achieve the responsibility areas of the Fleet Captain, training department.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to understand and apply training regulations in aviation and have strong reading and writing skills.
– Identify and assess current and future training needs in consultation with his reporting manager.
– Coordinate on overall training and development plan with other training departments.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by creating constructive reports.
– Monitor the training budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.
– Collaborate with other verticals within to identify training departmental needs and create customized reports.
– Create PowerPoint presentations for training programs
– Manage Excel and Power BI data for training programs
– Act as an assistant to the Fleet Captain, Training when out of office
– Coordinate with other departments to ensure training programs are aligned with business goals
– Stay up to date on training regulations in aviation
– Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
– Report making, collation and analysis
– Understand latest developments in the airlines training, like TMS, EBT, etc
– Tracking and follow up of tasks and projects with all stakeholders.
