Sr. Business Analyst
Must have Domain Knowledge: LTL(less than truck load domain), Logistics, Supply Chain Management
Exp – 12+ yr
Qualifications:
1. Experience in managing the project backlogs, writing, and managing user stories using tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
2. Working knowledge of Scrum framework and agile ceremonies
3. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle process with a clear understanding of the requirement definition and analysis and testing phases
4. Functional and technical expertise related to the development and sustainment of logistics systems and applications

3. Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modelling, and documentation.
4. Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle

7. A quick learner and is willing / able to integrate new skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Gathering project requests from stakeholders, analysing, and validating requirements, designing and authoring documentation, evaluating and incorporating approved changes to the requirements, and making project members aware of requirements and assisting program manager in obtaining their commitment.
2. Defining user’s needs, analysing requirements, collecting facts, and organizing the information to design, and retrieve data from various sources and systems.
3. Supporting project management and operations during scoping, requirements, and testing sessions
4. Maintaining high level of product and technical knowledge to maximize the effectiveness of support provided to the business
5. Creating functional specifications for system improvements
6. Champions, coordinates, and manages the implementation and/or integration of system or new features for users including UAT testing and training
7. Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
8. Analyse data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
9. Planning and monitoring projects with regular check on requirements
10. Work closely with clients to understand their operations and map those requirements and gaps to the system.
11. Serve as subject matter expert role during product development.
12. Validate the test results by QA and the Solution as per Business Requirement
13. Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Solution, Design & Documentation, User Training, UAT, Go-Live Support are part of the activities.
14. Co-ordinate with development team, Business users, Interface/external tool partners, end customers for requirement clarification and solution approach.
