The key job responsibilities of the role are noted below –
- Providing decision support in order to achieve the business goals; Gap assessment, ideation for gap mitigation; coordination of agreed action points in order to mitigate the gap
- Accruate & timely Financial Forecasting & business scenario planning for monthly DFs ( understand & explain full P&L movements); challenge factory costings & all corporate lines (DF as well as Actuals); Challenge the forecasted RM PM Prices at appropriate forums
- Drive Cost savings, IBO and SRM value creation iniatives in the business; Robust mechanism to track the initatives, their progress & status;
- Spend Pre & Post evaluation for Capex, PFME & PTS to enable strong financial decision making, learning log & its implementation in order to improve ROI
- MBS/ ATLAS- participate actively in feeding inputs for strategy development and support with comprehensive scenario planning to facilitate long term management decision making
- Support Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline including development of Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution structure modeling and follow-up; Supporting NPDI Process with thought through financials
- Prepare quality presentations for DF and other review in order to convey business results and forecast to senior management/Vevey
- Alignment with Countries within the region (Sri Lanka & Bangladesh) for regular business updates, Closing reviews, Dynamic forecasting, Landing and GAP management for reliable SAR overview
- Globally Managed Businesses: Timely and accurating reporting cum analysis to the centre Support towards GMB Zone with inputs on preparation
- PFME & MOGE Management within the BU; Conduct analysis of MDO and non MDO PFME spend, share monthly status updates and drive opportunities for cost savings & value addition.
- Suggesting internal controls / budgets adherence related to BU
- Finance reviews within the BU: to create awareness regarding Business performance and highlight challenges and opportunities to the team leads within BU
- Finance to non Finance knowledge tansfer within BU (field in case of NIN) to create awareness regarding Financial KPIs and how each individual can impact/contribute to the same in respective job profiles
- Support Visits (International/SBU/VEVEY visitors) Support Meets (Board meetings, Analyst Meets etc.) with suggested and timely inputs
