Job Profile: MAC Support Engineer
Experience: 2-3 Years
Skills:
Analyse and Troubleshoot Mac Systems
Handle all IOS OS issues
Troubleshoot all the Hardware related issues
Application installation and support
Provide remote support
Manage Mac Systems in Windows AD environment
Install and troubleshoot various applications
Printer and scanner support
Install update drivers
User Profile Management and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Antivirus and Patching
Basic understanding of enterprise networking
Coordinate with various teams and vendor
Should provide immediate support to VIP users whenever required.
Should be ready to work on Weekends/Holidays in case of exigencies
Train the team on various Apple products by conducting multiple knowledge transfer sessions.

Domain knowledge
JAMF Basics
Good in Communication skills
Handling experience VIP and VVIP CLIENT’S
