Job Description
· Project planning & execution management with design validation & proper cost estimation
· Risk management and co-ordination with stakeholders to de-risk the liabilities
· Vendors & suppliers’ development & management
· Profit management through value addition in installation activities & scope of work
· Typically requires minimum 5-10 years of related experience with engineering educational back ground.
· PMP Certification holder and well versed with various tools like MS Projects, AutoCAD, PERT, CPM & GANTT chart
Key Tasks
1. Project designing & control
· Design & quality control of execution through various standards, SMACNA , Green building , ASHRAE,IECC, Environment policy , EHS ,NBC etc .
2. Project Planning
· Inspection & Validation of Design Parameters & Selection
· Preparation of schedule with set deadline & progress mapping using tools like PERT, CPM & GANNT chart
· Planning & execution management through MS project.
3. Project Execution Management
· Perform the pre-execution validation and customizing with value addition
· Engaging the suitable vendors & suppliers to improve upon projects’ profitability
· Control/ manage delivery and installation work,
· Work progress stabilization and quality control,
· Co-ordination of all stakeholders for successfully execution & handing over of project within the defined timelines.
4. Customer/ Vendor Management
- To ensure the customer satisfaction through end to end solution.
- Assessing the vendors’ capabilities & deputation of suitable vendors.
- Encouraging the partners/ contractors to associate with company as vendors
- Act like a single window by holding meetings/events and actively responding to customer Inquiries, Needs, VOCs.
