Role : Area HR, Tamil Nadu

*Base Location : Chennai

*Experience Required : 2-7 years, MBA in HR. Experience in HR business partnering for Retail/ Sales teams

*Qualification : MBA – HR

*The role involves travel within the portfolio region

Key Result Areas

1.Controlling manpower cost

Maintaining percentage of salary to NSV

· Plan & Budget the Manpower cost & staff count for the financial year

· Ensure rationalization of the planned manpower cost through effective staff management & other strategies

2.Attrition Management

· Attrition analysis to arrive at the store wise diagnosis for improvement

· Ideate & partner with the operations team to execute on the store specific action plans for attrition control

3.Internal Processes

  • Quarterly Appraisal System and feedbacks
  • Ensuring Confirmation/ Transfer/ F&F processes are completed as per defined TAT

4. Employee Lifecycle Management

· To drive & supervise all the events of an employee’s life-cycle are correctly captured and continuously uploaded in HRIS for future access and use

· Train & support employees to drive new and existing systems and processes

5. Talent & Engagement

  • Identifying potential employees and training them for larger roles in the organization. Proper adherence to training calendar
  • Employee Satisfaction survey on various parameters (Retail Vibes). Form action plan based on areas of improvement.
