Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to provide exceptional travel support to our team of dynamic sales and client service professionals. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of their business travel, ensuring smooth and efficient journeys while adhering to company policies and budget constraints.
Responsibilities
- Research, book, and manage flight arrangements, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation (including car rentals and airport transfers)
- Develop and maintain comprehensive travel itineraries, including visa and passport requirements, travel advisories, and local information
- Process travel expense reports accurately and efficiently
- Manage travel budgets and track spending against allocated limits
- Proactively monitor and address any travel disruptions or changes
- Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to resolve issues
- Provide excellent customer service and support to sales professionals before, during, and after their travels
- Assist with the development and implementation of travel policies and procedures
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in corporate travel management
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of travel booking tools and online reservation systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with financial services industry travel requirements a plus
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
In the US, the target base salary for this role is $60,000-$100,000. Compensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall throughout the range based on these factors.
