Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated QA manager with experience in Infosec for our core research labs in India. As a QA manager, you will lead the quality assurance effort to ensure the highest standard of security content.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing QA strategies, managing a team of QA engineers, and collaborating with the research and development teams to enhance our products.
This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About The Role
- Lead and Mentor a team of QA engineers responsible for assuring the quality of the security content authored.
- Develop and execute QA strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure high-quality content releases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including malware researchers and development teams, to align QA activities with project goals.
- Design and develop a comprehensive test plan for malware detection.
- Implement and maintain automated test frameworks to increase efficiency.
- Lead the migration of existing QA frameworks and processes to cloud platforms leveraging cloud-native tools.
About You
- Proven experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a Managerial/Lead role.
- Proficiency in QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of ASM and C Programming.
- Strong understanding of malware analysis and threat detection.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Preferably an understanding of the AV engine.
