Key Responsibility for Loan Sanctioning Officer ( Group Loans )
To report directly to Area Manager-Loan Sanctioning / Divisional Manager-Loan Sanctioning.
Communicate with Banking Unit Sourcing Official to ensure that the loan applications are in line with sanctioning policies.
Ensuring all documents received from Sourcing Staff are as per the guidelines and maintained in accordance with the legal requirements for commencement of Loan processing. Will do all checks related to verification of projects / business before giving loan approval.
To do loan appraisal and scoring (after proper validation of collected Data / information).
Providing loan approval & issuing sanction letter, commencement of legal procedures and other formalities. Ensuring disbursement / rejection of file within the Turnaround Time (TAT).
Sending File to BU Team for disbursement and keeping follow up.
Preservation of file and making arrangement for safe keeping of file at BU.
Correction of audit findings, ensuring timely compliance and sending report to Senior / HO.
Non-starter cases for account disbursed in the last 3 months.
Minimum qualification: MBA/PGDM/BBA (Finance preferred)/ MCom
