- Job Title: Portfolio Head – Engineering Staffing Division

- Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Portfolio Head to lead our engineering staffing division. This role is pivotal in managing and growing our portfolio of engineering clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions, and overseeing the profitability and financial health (PnL) of the division.
- Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
* Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, acquire, and retain clients in the automotive, engineering design, off-highway equipment, and manufacturing sectors.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries. * Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
Domain Expertise:
* Leverage deep understanding of the automotive, engineering design, offhighway equipment, and manufacturing domains to tailor staffing solutions that meet client needs.
* Provide industry insights and technical expertise to guide the development of customized staffing solutions.
PnL Responsibility:
* Drive the division’s sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
* Oversee the financial performance of the division, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing the profit and loss (PnL) statement.
*Implement strategies to optimize profitability and ensure financial health of the division.
Team Management:
*Lead and manage a team of talented professionals, including talent acquisition (TA) specialists, recruiters, and account managers.
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring the team delivers exceptional staffing solutions to clients.
* Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Delivery Excellence:
* Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality staffing solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of staffing engagements, addressing any issues that arise and implementing improvements as needed.
* Maintain a focus on client satisfaction, striving to build long-term partnerships based on trust and excellence.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the engineering staffing industry, with a focus on the automotive, engineering design, off-highway equipment, and manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, sales, and PnL management.
• Strong understanding of the technical and operational aspects of the target industries.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
