Job responsibilitiesProvides guidance to an immediate team of cloud security engineers on daily tasks and activitiesSets overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaborationAnticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirementsManages stakeholder relationships and the team’s work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirementsCreates a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for team members, and prioritizes diverse representationRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ Years of Experience in managing Software Engineering teamsStrong experience in developing and architecting cloud-native applications with AWS services.Proficiency and hands-on experience in AWS services, including Lambda, SQS, DynamoDB, EKS, etcExperience leading technology projectsExperience managing technologistsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience running teams of engineers that deliver cloud native applicationsExperience building security engineering products and solutionsKnowledge of CybersecurityExperience with Azure, GCP or other Public Cloud environmentsCloud Certifications including AWS Developer Associate, AWS Solutions Architect Associate
