Skills Required
- Proven experience of 5 to 7 years as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- Readiness to take up HR activities like Onboarding, ELC, audit related and HR OPS activities as needed
Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize advanced Excel functions for in-depth data analysis.
- Maintain and update existing reports with a focus on accuracy and relevance.
- Interpret data trends and provide actionable insights.
- Tracker and Report Creation:
- Develop new trackers and reports based on organizational needs.
- Collaborate with departments to understand reporting requirements.
- Data Management:
- Ensure data integrity and security through effective data management practices.
- Regularly audit and clean datasets to maintain high-quality data.
- Collaboration with HR:
- Work closely with HR for the analysis and reporting of HR-related data.
- Assist in developing HR metrics and key performance indicators.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in data management and reporting.
- Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
