- MUST HAVES: Previous experience as HR professional supporting India and Asia Pacific countries
- Strong Employee Relations background, Labor Compliance, Policy experience for the regional countries in scope.
- Experience with labor compliance in multiple countries within the region (India and Asia Pacific), including international labor practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and meaningful relationships
- A bachelor’s degree in business, human resources or a related field
- Well-organized and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a global HR organization
- A desire for continuous learning about countries in scope and HR practice
- Enjoy thinking strategically to align perspectives, voices, and opinions
- A good human who cares about all humans
- Have a passion for DEIB, culture, experience, and the world of work and deeply care about the inclusion and well-being of all people
- Regional HR experience (India and Asia Pacific)
