Fujitsu is hiring Recruitment Head – Shared Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Head – Shared Services to lead our talent acquisition practices globally. The Recruitment Head will oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent aligned with our company’s values and goals. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global recruitment best practices.

Work location: Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Requirements:

•Proven 15+ years of experience as a Global Recruitment Head, Talent Acquisition Manager, with a track record of managing global recruitment teams.

•Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

•Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate a global team.

•Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand their talent needs, align recruitment strategies with organizational goals, and ensure a collaborative approach to hiring decisions.

•Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term recruitment plans.

•Analytical mindset with proficiency in recruitment metrics and data-driven decision-making.

•Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

•Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI, AIRS) is advantageous.

•Experience in IT Services and Consulting domain is beneficial.

•This position requires flexibility to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally, to support business operations and client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

•Forecast future hiring needs and trends based on business goals.

•Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

•Provide strategic leadership to a team of recruiters and HR professionals.

•Mentor and guide team members in sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation techniques.

•Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.

•Manage employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

•Nurture relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and universities.

•Represent the company at industry events to enhance employer brand visibility.

•Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance indicators and refine strategies.

•Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including hiring metrics and candidate pipeline analysis.

•Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

•Establish and enforce recruitment policies and procedures across the organization.

•Oversee vendor relationships and contracts related to recruitment services.

•Collaborate with vendors to ensure alignment with company standards and contractual obligations.

•Evaluate vendor performance and recommend enhancements to optimize service delivery.
