Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Collection Manager at Tata Capital in Ernakulam. The Branch Collection Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day collection activities, ensuring timely payments, coordinating with customers for outstanding dues, and maintaining accurate collection records. Additionally, the Branch Collection Manager will analyze collection metrics, provide regular reports, and collaborate with internal teams for process improvements.

  • Experience in collections, recovery, or financial services
  • Knowledge of banking and financial regulations
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Certification in Credit Management (e.g., NISM) is a plus
