Key Responsibilities
• Prepare the appropriate job offer according to the information provided by the recruitment department and included in the ERF platform
• Prepare all other relevant documents depending on the type of candidate (EU, non-EU, local)
• Send to the accepted candidates their job offers and related documents to collect digital signature
• Support candidates by answering to their questions or referring/escalating them to the correct point of contact
• Update the system (ERF) with status progress information
• Send the welcome email via ERF platform upon reception of signed job offers
• Coordinate, in cooperation with the travel agency, the relocation package when applicable
• Clearly communicate the details of the relocation package back to the candidate (flight ticket, taxi, hotel)
• Maintain the personal folder of the employee updated with the documents received
• Cooperate with the HR Legal advisors in relation to the working visa process for candidates coming from outside the European Union
• Update the working visa file with all the information required for the HR Legal advisors
• Cooperate with the recruitment department and raise any issue and concerns
• Participate actively to the team meetings
• Follow up with the candidates regarding the status of their onboarding process
• Collect – Check hiring documentation, assign to providers the issuance of TIN&RNSS
• Inform – collect and assign needed documents for Blue Paper process to lawyers
• Collect documents and prepare expense reports
• Collect, validate, and assign birth certificates for translation to providers
• Process invoicing via D365
• Assist employees with accommodation inquiries and taxis net acceptance processes – rental agreement renewals
• Follow and apply Regulations regarding personal and performance data confidentiality and security
• Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
• Adhere to Teleperformance Rules & Regulations on personal & performance data Confidentiality & Security
• Adhere to Internal and External Standards as those released by the Steering Committees
• Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis
