*Experience Required : 3-7 years, MBA in HR. Experience in HR business partnering for Sales / Retail teams

*Qualification : MBA – HR
*The role involves extensive travel within the portfolio region

Key Result Areas

1.Controlling manpower cost

Maintaining percentage of salary to NSV

· Plan & Budget the Manpower cost & staff count for the financial year
· Ensure rationalization of the planned manpower cost through effective staff management & other strategies

2.Attrition Management

· Attrition analysis to arrive at the store wise diagnosis for improvement
· Ideate & partner with the operations team to execute on the store specific action plans for attrition control

3.Internal Processes

Quarterly Appraisal System and feedbacks
Ensuring Confirmation/ Transfer/ F&F processes are completed as per defined TAT

4. Employee Lifecycle Management

· To drive & supervise all the events of an employee’s life-cycle are correctly captured and continuously uploaded in HRIS for future access and use
· Train & support employees to drive new and existing systems and processes

5. Talent & Engagement

Identifying potential employees and training them for larger roles in the organization. Proper adherence to training calendar
Employee Satisfaction survey on various parameters (Retail Vibes). Form action plan based on areas of improvement.
