Role: IX/UX Designer
Location: Global Village SEZ Tower E 3 rd Floor
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a IX Designer with 4+ years of experience to create meaningful and engaging solutions for various products. Should have worked in a client facing project which involved global teams.
Technical Skills:
– User Research – Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions.
– Prototyping/Wireframing
– Persona creation
– Design Thinking
– Identify new product improvement opportunities.
– Translate business requirements into concrete ideas and refine and iterate on those ideas being a consumer advocate.
– Work with UX design leads, development, and product management teams to ensure interaction and visual designs are in sync with our design guidelines and functionalities are engaging and meaningful for varying user, technical and performance specifications.
– Experience working on design system is a must and should be able contribute towards an evolving design system.
– Provide extraordinary experiences for consumer products based on customer feedback, data analytics, and industry trends.
– Present design ideas to cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and senior leadership.
– – Contribute to the continuing growth of a strong design team.
– – Support the UX design practice by actively seeking process improvements, driving productive change, and running exercises to encourage widespread UX adoption.
– – Juggle multiple projects parallelly and own multiple product lines.
