Persistent is hiring Project Manager in Pune

About Position:

PM should be able to manage the team, interact with business counterpart, project planning, execution, tracking updates, risk identification and mitigation, resource planning, ensure on time delivery and quality of deliverables.

Role:

  • Manage large, complex projects from beginning to end.
  • Produce, update, and present project management artifacts: RACIs, Gantt charts, issues lists, risk management matrices.
  • Manage backlogs in Jira and Trello and act as a scrum-master for projects run on an Agile methodology.
  • Manage project expectations with team members and client stakeholders.
  • Communicate to customer stakeholders regarding project progress, issue management, risk management, timelines, and escalations.
  • Manage timeline, cost and quality metrics for projects in your portfolio.
  • Manage releases and cutover plans.
  • Ensure compliance with customer change controls and SDLC components.
  • Drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance.
  • Ensure that team members have the best conditions to perform successfully, advocate for positive change and flag risks and problems.
  • Manage the client relationship throughout the engagement.
  • Continually assess people, process and technology risks and adjust project plans to address them accordingly.
  • Experience in BFSI Domain/Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud

Expertise You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a technology or IT setting.
  • Experience in BFSI Domain/Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
