Project Coordinator Job Description

Assist the project manager in developing project management documents, managing actions, schedules, scope statements, and capturing meeting notes.Execute administrative tasks related to project management, such as scheduling meetings, following up on actions and tracking progress.Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.Meet with project clients to assess their needs, define project requirements, acceptance criteria, and project timelines.Assign tasks to team members and help them understand project milestones and deliverables.Foster collaboration among project team members to help them complete tasks and produce deliverables.
