About the candidate – An ideal candidate should be a CA OR ICWA qualified with 8+ years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and P&L management. A candidate should have experience in direct & Indirect Tax compliance along with Secretarial compliance, and ERP handling by establishing systems and processes.
Key Competencies –
Monthly/Annual Closure of Financials Group as well as Local Requirements
Timely Ensuring of Business Performance Reporting.
Annual Audit(including Tax/transfer pricing)/Internal Audit handling
Secretarial Compliances.
Business Support and customer satisfaction
Ensure timely Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance
Preparation of Financial Statements by Local as well as IFRS/German GAAP
Responsible for Treasury handling with banks/financial institutions
Handling efficient ways of implementation of ERP functionalities in a lean process model.
Ensuring Robust IFC Controls with periodical reviews
Coordinating with cross-functional teams
