About the candidate – An Ideal candidate should be a graduate with 10+ years of experience in selling Enterprise Solutions which includes (solutions sales, data center solutions, IT -Storage, Server Sales, Networking Solutions – Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Voice, Wireless Solutions, Passive components, Business Consulting & Infrastructure Management Services) etc. Candidate should have experience in the Pharma OR SME industry.
Key Competencies –
Lead and Deliver Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for the Mass Market Customers in the business.
Provide all sales operations staff with a strong day-to-day leadership presence.
Identify geographic growth opportunities and priorities.
Achieving your own and your team’s target.
Responsible for acquiring and developing new business.
Business plan for increasing the profitability of the division i.e., cost control and cost-based.
Profit planning about overall corporate objectives.
To close deals for the leads generated either by self-initiated calls or internal leads given.
Responsible for Payment Collection from the customers.
Ensuring all support staff is key in servicing the client accounts.
