Job Purpose: Develop a robust system to get monthly data from all key stakeholders & compute product sustainability attribute, packaging MIS & Brand dashboard across ABFRL brands.

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. (ABFRL) aims to catalyse the business of fashion through superior infrastructure and build a resilient organization for sustainable growth. Creating a sustainable growth are not solved with a few simple actions but require an approach of continuous improvement with access to a centralized overview of information covering all stakeholders (from farmers to end consumer). Hence data management becomes very critical & challenging.
A Few Major Challenges Include
- Monitoring of key parameters of product Sustainability attributes at ABFRL level & get monthly data from various stakeholder (like retail, supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing units & other places) is very complex & challenging.
- Packaging consumption on monthly basis across all brands, warehouses, stores & compliance with EPR is a challenge due to huge no of brands, multiple type packaging items & sales across pan India.
Timely availability of reliable, accurate data and digitization of data collection process.
Key Result Areas
Supporting Actions
Product Sustainable Attribute computation
- Co-ordination with Brands SPOC, sourcing & quality team for collection of data on sustainable attributes
- Compute & publish product sustainable attribute dashboard.
- Create master database for Product Stories, sustainable concepts & Raw materials.
- Identify the scope of improvement & extend scope to new business.
Brand Dashboard
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholder & collate data on various aspects like energy, waste, safety, Higg index etc.
- Publish Brand dashboard on regular basis for better understanding of brand sustainability performance.
Packaging Material MIS
- Monthly MIS for packaging material
- Packaging items- annual weight validation & type of material verification which is use as reference material for computation
- Visit to warehouse & analysis of packaging item.
- Packaging related improvement projects & new developments
Plastic EPR Compliance
- Co-ordination with all stakeholder in collecting plastic data for EPR
- EPR compliance filing co-ordination.
Sustainable Raw material usages tracking
- Regular tracking of sustainable material usages like BCI, Organic cotton, LIVA Eco etc
