The Opportunity:

We are hiring for a DMe Sales Operations Analyst to join our DMe Korea Sales Operations team to be based in Seoul. You will act as a trusted analyst to our sales team while working closely with the APAC wide DMe Sales operations team.

You will report to the Sales Operations Manager in Korea.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales Operations Manager and regional sales leader in the day-to-day running of the business
  • Support business reviews, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, using pipeline analysis, data validation, and identify gaps and actions required
  • Provide insights through detailed revenue and product analysis
  • Support the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Diagnose gaps and develop action plans to improve performance in region
  • Assess current business practices and provide innovative approaches for improved efficiency and effectiveness
  • Execute on key strategic and operational initiatives to support revenue growth
  • Support reseller rebate validation on a quarterly basis
  • Coordinate with channel team for partner enablement and on-boarding related trainings
  • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel
  • Partner with the APAC Program Manager in monitoring the adherence to all aspects of Channel programs

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of work experience in sales operations or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong Excel skills preferred
  • Familiar with CRM tools and systems, especially SFDC and business intelligence reporting tools(Power BI, Tableau etc)
  • High proficiency in English (written and oral)
  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities and collaboration skills
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills, ability to present complex ideas to diverse audience
  • Ability to be successful working in highly matrixed organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused

This is a 13-month contract
