Role Overview

As a Product Owner for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you will drive the strategic vision and execution of AEM implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and marketing teams to enhance digital workflows and optimize content delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the AEM product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Define, prioritize, and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Lead Scrum teams in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Analyze industry trends to enhance AEM capabilities and drive innovation.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AEM impact.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years in digital product management, with 5+ years as a Product Owner.
  • Strong expertise in AEM (Sites, Assets, Forms, and Guides).
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Agile and Scrum methodologies experience; certifications are a plus.
