Key Responsibilities
Enhancing the validation process for electricity bills and ensuring consistency across all ToCo’s.
Achieving targets for WoW (War on Waste).
Developing standard operating procedures for electricity bill validation through system.
Digitizing the entire process for Discom Vs EB Billing.
Leading initiatives to implement cost-saving projects across different areas of electricity consumption.
Governing and engaging with teams across various circles to facilitate timely closure of identified discrepancies (DN closure).
Creating energy analytics dashboards for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Onboarding new ToCo’s and get the energy validation done centrally.
Ensure process compliance against new ToCo’s being onboarded.
