Partner with the best
In this role, you will provide significant contributions to our ability to model, deploy, expand, and optimize process workflows that allow Network Infrastructure, Technology and Operations teams to deploy and maintain the Akamai network efficiently and consistently. This highly collaborative global team blends individual expertise and strengths with industry leading practices.
As a Senior II Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for-
Working with stakeholders to analyze, prioritize, communicate and validate business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
Gathering and analyzing data and/or metrics to support process automation initiatives and provide actionable insights.
Collaborating with the engineering team to support, execute and deliver on those business processes automation opportunities
Collaborating with Product Owners to align work with stakeholder needs and provide the highest value to Akamai
Leading and documenting requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and problem statements
Conducting root cause analysis of operational issues for existing process automation
Do What You Love
To be successful in this role you will-
Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
Be self-motivated, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with all levels of the organization
Able to think strategically to identify areas for innovation and improvement, particularly with respect to process flows
Have experience working in an Agile development environment
Possess experience modeling workflows in BPMN with Camunda or another tool
Demonstrate skills in performing data analysis (querying and analyzing data, using SQL or similar tools)

Compensation
Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $113,430 – $170,043/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
