Role Overview

As an MTS Silicon Design Engineer, you will focus on planning, building, and executing the verification of AMD’s CSoC DV features, ensuring high-quality and bug-free final designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-silicon verification for full chip, block, multi-chip, and system-level designs.
  • Develop and review verification plans at SoC and IP levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and verify new features.
  • Create and document test plans considering hardware, firmware, and software interactions.
  • Build directed and random verification tests and debug failures.
  • Analyze coverage metrics and refine tests to meet requirements.
  • Develop advanced verification environments using cutting-edge methodologies.

Preferred Experience

  • B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • 8+ years of ASIC Design Verification experience.
  • Proficient in Verilog, SystemVerilog, or SystemC.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience with coverage-based verification.
  • Knowledge of PCIE and USB protocols, low power verification, and emulation.
  • Leadership or mentorship experience is a plus.

Academic Credentials

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
