This position will primarily support Corporate Planning & Analysis TM1 administrative function. The job would entail to manage/support in one or more of the following activities:
Manage TM1 Environments across Development, QA and Production working with PMO and AET to ensure efficient availability in a cost effective manner
Support and manage TM1 infrastructure projects
Manage TM1 application related activities/processes
Provide support to the TM1 development team
Support ~1500 users globally
Ensure compliance with AET policies with regards to Application Infrastructure viz SDLC
Keep track of upgrades and new capabilities and ensure the same is made known / available to the team in a timely manner
Maintain / Enhance User Access process
Responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationship with AET (GLTIMS)
Ensure optimal and efficient use of the available infrastructure
Perform research and analysis for problem solving
Support senior management to make decisions about the design, direction and improvement opportunities
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a bachelor or master’s degree holder in computer science.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in technical roles
Skill Set:
Pre-requisite:
Strong MS Windows OS knowledge
Proficient on Windows Server platform (2019 etc.)
Hands-on on various scripting e.g. Batch files, VBScript, PowerShell etc.
Experience working on Microsoft VBA for Excel and Access.
Knowledge and understanding of client-server architecture, applications systems design and integration at infrastructure level
Understanding of various SDLC methodologies and open about learning new technologies
Must be an independent self-starter who is able to perform at a high level under pressure, lead/coordinate activities of cross-organizational teams
Highly skilled in impact analysis and problem solving/issue resolution
Strong communication skills
Must be open to work in shifts
Preferable:
TM1 development/administration knowledge
