Rides help customers experience the world with bookable taxis, trains, buses and more across the globe. We work with 1000s of suppliers with self-serve tooling and connectivity products. Alongside that we have our own commercial and customer service teams and develop products to help our colleagues do their best job.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:
A Senior Product Operations Specialist is a valued contributor in driving and defining the day-to-day operational goals of our commercial team and feeding into one or more product teams. The Sr. POS is a significant contributor to the business impact of the product through their efforts to identify, propose and drive operational innovation. The Sr. POS works across two or more teams and works on a product with impact across one or more stakeholder groups.
- Maintains existing Salesforce commercial tooling, leading on improvements to gain business efficiencies
- Performs system administration functions for salesforce and existing integrated tools
- They are a strong collaborator working alongside Product Managers and amplify the quality in and out of the track through their collaborative efforts.
- Fosters process improvement and innovation between all relevant business units via effective project management and enhanced product feedback loops.
- Proposes improved processes and identifies opportunities for automation, and then leads those initiatives where salesforce implementation is required.
- They facilitate product feedback loop discussions and helps Product Teams to prioritize, new product features as per business needs
- Performs post-analysis impact on operations for new features delivered to demonstrate business impact
- Supports the product managers in driving engagement of the team and wider business with the Product Team vision & Objectives
- Liaise with multiple stakeholders such as Commercial, Product teams, Marketing, Legal, Compliance etc.
- Provides Stakeholder education via different channels as appropriate.
- Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities.
Role Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have have +2 years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com platform (Salesforce Cloud)
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (Advantageous not essential)
- Experience with Pardot, Docusign, FormAssembly (Advantageous not essential)
- Must have proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
- Must have strong problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people
- Must have a demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- Great communications skills, with ability to communicate clearly and influence and persuade stakeholders in and outside of immediate scope.
- Good problem solving abilities, including operational and product and tech processes.
- Good process innovation skills (operational).
- Good experience working with Product & Tech teams
- Good knowledge of product development cycle and best practices: agile methodologies.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain a network, flexible and a positive attitude.
- Creative thinking: able to connect (operational) dots
