  • PSF calls (Post Service Feedback)
  • Customer periodic service Due follow up and Appointments follow up
  • Cold calling & Campaign calls
  • Maintaining Instant feedback report
  • Preparing Revenue & Technicians performance report daily & Monthly wise
  • Prompting periodic MIS
  • Highly responsive approach to customers and internal staff.

Desired Skills and Experience

Communication, Basic IT Skills, English
