Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at Capgemini, your key responsibilities include:
- Leading product development, business analysis, process mapping, and digital automation projects.

- Experience in industries like Retail, CPG, E-commerce, SCM, or logistics.
- Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and process standardization.
Skills & Certifications
- Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, SAFe PO, ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, ServiceNow, and MS Office tools.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience in RFP creation, GTM strategy, and business development activities.
- Additional certifications like Green Belt, Six Sigma, PMP, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
