  • Hands-on experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and process standardization.

Skills & Certifications

  • Certifications such as CSM, CSPO, SAFe PO, ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, ServiceNow, and MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience in RFP creation, GTM strategy, and business development activities.
  • Additional certifications like Green Belt, Six Sigma, PMP, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
