Role Summary

The Client Visit Expert will oversee the client visit process, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. This role involves managing the logistics, branding, and content of client visits, driving improvements, and maintaining a high standard of quality across all visits. The candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure that client visits meet the defined objectives and provide a world-class experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

The Client Visit Expert will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure smooth functioning of all client visits and create/manage individual visit repositories (checklist, agenda, de-brief forms).
  • Execute client visits according to service level agreements (SLAs) and provide detailed reports to the Client Visit Director/Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the planning, execution, and improvement of client visits.
  • Enhance the client experience by continuously improving logistics, branding, and content aspects of the visits.
  • Coordinate with vendors and procurement teams to ensure timely and cost-effective services for client visits.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to maintain necessary items for smooth execution of visits.
  • Handle billing, finance, and crisis management to ensure smooth financial operations for client visits.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Proven experience in guest relations, preferably in a hospitality organization.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent comprehension and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Good analytical skills to read and synthesize large amounts of information quickly.
  • Experience in managing logistics, branding, and content for events or client engagements.
  • Strong time management, customer orientation, and punctuality.
  • Industry knowledge in the FS (Financial Services) sector is a plus.
